Location:          The Goshen East Tract is located in southwest Pike County about 4 miles northeast of Goshen, Alabama on the east side of the Conecuh River.

Description:     The tract has flat to gently rolling terrain with several small drainages crossing the property. The tract has approximately 1.25 miles of frontage on the Conecuh River.

The tract has approximately 155 acres (57% of the tract) of mature pine plantation plus some smaller patches of natural pine and mixed pine-hardwood. There are approximately 96 acres (36% of the tract) of hardwood lying along the Conecuh River and in drainages scattered across the property.

The tract provides excellent and varied wildlife habitat with the mature plantation, patches of natural pine-hardwood, small creeks bisecting the property and the bottomland hardwood running along the Conecuh River. The area is known for its exceptional deer hunting.

There is a 4 +/- acre pond site in the southern portion of the tract that has been abandoned but could be reconstructed. There are three green fields already established with the opportunity for further expansion of green fields onto logging decks.

The tract offers significant near term cash flow with the harvest of the mature plantation.  

Power is available at the public road. The tract is certified under the American Tree Farm System. It is being offered on a lump sum basis and not by the acre.
