It has approximately 54 acres (91%) of premerchantable plantation planted in February 2018 and 4 acres (6%) of hardwood drainages. The balance of the acreage is in a public gravel road that bisects the tract.
It has an excellent investment return with high site quality, good stocking and growth; the pine plantations have been planted with genetically improved planting stock. There is excellent logging access with a public gravel road bisecting the tract.
This is excellent wildlife habitat for deer and turkey. The tract is certified under the American Tree Farm System. It is being offered on a lump sum basis (not by the acre).
